Edit: We have been making every attempt to reach out to customers from the 24th who’s orders we cancelled or were wrong in some way. If you still have an unresolved issue or have not received a call from us please give us a call and we will do our best to get you taken care of. Last night was a rough night for us and many of our valued customers and for that we greatly apologize. We realize that a great number of customers were counting on us and we let you down. Our only goal, on our busiest day of the year, was to try to accommodate every single one of you and things did not go as planned. We took on way more than we could handle.
